Nous sommes toujours en d\u00e9saccord avec cette m\u00e9thode, qui consiste \u00e0 emp\u00eacher physiquement l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un espace de domaine public pourtant utilis\u00e9 par les Clamartois-es, pour finir par constater que cet espace n\u2019est plus utilis\u00e9, donc d\u00e9saffect\u00e9. On imagine mal, en effet, des usagers passer par-dessus les palissades\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"LEFT\"><a href=\"http:\/\/clamart-citoyenne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RetrecissementRueDeFleury.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-29188\" src=\"http:\/\/clamart-citoyenne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RetrecissementRueDeFleury-300x141.jpg\" alt=\"RetrecissementRueDeFleury\" width=\"336\" height=\"158\" srcset=\"https:\/\/clamart-citoyenne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RetrecissementRueDeFleury-300x141.jpg 300w, https:\/\/clamart-citoyenne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RetrecissementRueDeFleury-1024x481.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/clamart-citoyenne.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/RetrecissementRueDeFleury.jpg 1264w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 336px) 100vw, 336px\" \/><\/a><em><br \/>\nAvant&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">Le trottoir ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 nettement r\u00e9tr\u00e9ci \u00e0 cet endroit, ce sont les pi\u00e9tons qui en subissent le plus la g\u00eane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">Alors que l\u2019avenir est aux circulations douces et aux transports en commun, le projet de la mairie de Clamart ne favorise en rien les premi\u00e8res, et tout indique que les seconds auront du mal \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper dans ce contexte qui va \u00eatre extr\u00eamement construit. Il faut au contraire anticiper l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du nouveau m\u00e9tro et de sa gare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">Sur ce point, nous sommes en total accord avec les pertinentes observations de l\u2019Association des Usagers de Transports de Clamart.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">Toutes ces constructions, et ces nouveaux transports en commun, vont induire des d\u00e9placements bien plus importants qu\u2019ils ne le sont d\u00e9j\u00e0. Il faudrait au contraire lib\u00e9rer de l\u2019espace public, et le s\u00e9curiser pour permettre aux pi\u00e9tons, aux cyclistes, aux deux roues, aux voitures, aux bus, aux personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite, etc., de circuler harmonieusement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">Nous trouvons dans ce projet de d\u00e9classement d\u2019inqui\u00e9tantes expressions telles que \u00ab\u00a0empi\u00e9ter sur l\u2019actuel domaine public\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0pincement de la voierie\u00a0\u00bb, projet immobilier \u00ab\u00a0resserrant l\u2019espace public\u00a0\u00bb\u2026 Il est inutile de rappeler que cela nous engage pour des dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">Nous aurions pu \u00eatre partiellement rassur\u00e9s par les \u00ab\u00a0mesures compensatoires propos\u00e9es en terme de circulation des pi\u00e9tons, cyclistes et automobilistes\u00a0\u00bb que le dossier d\u2019enqu\u00eate \u00e9tait cens\u00e9 contenir, d\u2019apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration vot\u00e9e lors du conseil municipal du 14 avril dernier. Nous ne les avons pas trouv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\">Cela ne nous \u00e9tonne du reste pas beaucoup, puisque la rue de Fleury n\u2019est pas extensible en largeur, avec la voie ferr\u00e9e que la ville n\u2019a ni le pouvoir ni les moyens de d\u00e9placer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><strong>Nous nous opposons donc au d\u00e9classement de cette parcelle, la voirie communale concern\u00e9e nous semblant absolument n\u00e9cessaire aux usagers, et devant l\u2019\u00eatre de plus en plus \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.
