IDFM confirme donc qu\u2019elle <strong>poursuit le projet de prolongement du tramway en tunnel<\/strong>\u2026 mais dans le m\u00eame temps vous \u00e9crivez que vous allez <strong>proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation des solutions alternatives<\/strong> qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es&nbsp;?!\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>   En fait ce soir vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s clairs&nbsp;: pour vous la <strong>d\u00e9cision est d\u00e9j\u00e0 act\u00e9e<\/strong> et vous nous annoncez que \u00ab&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9valuation&nbsp;\u00bb des solution alternatives consistera \u00e0 nous expliquer pourquoi elles ne peuvent \u00eatre retenues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"su-spoiler su-spoiler-style-simple su-spoiler-icon-arrow-circle-2 su-spoiler-closed\" data-scroll-offset=\"0\" data-anchor-in-url=\"no\"><div class=\"su-spoiler-title\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"button\"><span class=\"su-spoiler-icon\"><\/span>Suite du texte de l'intervention...<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Et, effectivement, \u00e0 la lecture de vos r\u00e9ponses au rapport des garantes on constate que les solutions alternatives sont globalement <strong>disqualifi\u00e9es<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Disqualifi\u00e9es pour des <strong>raisons techniques<\/strong>, souvent discutables, mais \u00e9galement en raison des hypoth\u00e8ses de <strong>fr\u00e9quentation<\/strong> du T10.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Le mod\u00e8le ANTONIN que vous avez utilis\u00e9 pour les \u00e9tablir est un mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9dictif, avec tous les al\u00e9as que cela comporte et les r\u00e9sultats fournis d\u00e9pendent lourdement des <strong>donn\u00e9es d\u2019entr\u00e9e<\/strong> et des <strong>hypoth\u00e8ses retenues<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Or, si l\u2019on observe les \u00e9l\u00e9ments fournis dans votre r\u00e9ponse on constate que <strong>ni la connexion du T6 \u00e0 la ligne 15 \u00e0 Chatillon<\/strong>, <strong>ni le prolongement de la ligne 4 en connexion avec le T10 \u00e0 Chatenay-Malabry <\/strong>ne semblent pris en compte. Pourtant ce prolongement figure dans le projet actuel de <strong>SDRIF-E<\/strong> \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence du prolongement du T10 qui n\u2019y figure pas. <strong>Cela interroge\u2026<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce qui interroge \u00e9galement,<\/strong> c\u2019est que l\u2019IDFM nous disait, lors de l\u2019enqu\u00eate publique de 2013, que le terminus du <strong>T10 place du garde \u00e9tait l\u2019optimum<\/strong>, que le prolongement vers la gare ne pr\u00e9senterait pas de difficult\u00e9s insurmontables et que <strong>l\u2019interconnexion avec la ligne 15<\/strong> serait bien \u00e9videmment anticip\u00e9e. L\u2019IDFM nous explique aujourd\u2019hui que le terminus place du Garde serait une tr\u00e8s mauvaise id\u00e9e et que l\u2019interconnexion n\u2019a pas vraiment \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e&nbsp;?!\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Vous comprendrez donc que nous soyons prudent quant \u00e0 vos \u00e9valuations.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Nous sommes face \u00e0 un projet <strong>d\u2019un milliard d\u2019euros<\/strong> qui s\u2019\u00e9tale sur 10 ans. La qualit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9flexion et la mise en balance des alternatives sont donc particuli\u00e8rement importantes.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Nous demandons que ces <strong>alternatives soient soigneusement \u00e9valu\u00e9es<\/strong>, <strong>les hypoth\u00e8ses de travail \u00e9tay\u00e9es<\/strong> et les <strong>crit\u00e8res de d\u00e9cision r\u00e9ellement transparents<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n  Par ailleurs, les financements disponibles \u00e9tant par nature limit\u00e9s, nous demandons \u00e9galement que la lumi\u00e8re soit faite sur les <strong>arbitrages financiers<\/strong>. Quels projets d\u2019IDFM seraient repouss\u00e9s ou annul\u00e9s si le prolongement tunnel \u00e9tait retenu&nbsp;?
